Today, it’s gonna about exercising with an exercise ball. If you haven’t done exercise ball workouts before, you’re missing out one of the most fun exercises ever. I love doing exercise ball for my ab workouts as your body will use the ball as an anchor and therefore most of the energy spent will not solely come from your body. Hence, you don’t tire easily.
